    Terms and Conditions

    By accessing this website, booking, or using services from InSync Mobile Solutions (“InSync,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or book services.

    SERVICES PROVIDED

    InSync Mobile Solutions provides mobile DNA specimen collection services only. We do NOT:

       •    Analyze or interpret DNA results

       •    Provide medical advice

       •    Provide legal advice

       •    Act as a laboratory

       •    Guarantee specific results, turnaround times, court acceptance, or outcomes

    All testing, analysis, and reporting is performed by independent third-party laboratories.

    LEGAL VS NON-LEGAL TESTING DISCLAIMER

    Clients are solely responsible for selecting the correct test type (legal/court-admissible vs non-legal/peace-of-mind). InSync Mobile Solutions is not responsible if a client selects an incorrect test type or if results are not accepted for a client’s intended purpose.

    IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate identification and any required documentation. InSync may verify identity as required for certain services. InSync is not liable for delays, rejection, or invalid results caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by a client or participant.

    MINORS AND CONSENT

    DNA testing involving minors requires verified parental or legal guardian consent and documentation. InSync may refuse service if proper consent documentation cannot be verified.

    APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION AND SERVICE CONDITIONS

       •    Appointment times are reserved once booking is confirmed.

       •    Participants must cooperate with collection procedures to ensure proper specimen collection.

       •    InSync may refuse or stop service if safety, compliance, identification, or participant cooperation issues arise.

    PAYMENTS

    Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing. You authorize InSync and/or its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the service(s) booked, including applicable fees outlined in these Terms.

    REFUND, CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

    At InSync Mobile Solutions, we are committed to transparency and fairness. Please review the following policies carefully before booking services.

    Refund Policy

       1.    No Refunds After DNA Collection

    Once DNA specimens have been collected, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

       2.    Sample Recollection

    If sample recollection is required and a participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be provided.

       3.    Estimated Completion Times

    Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to laboratory processing, shipping, or other factors. No refunds will be issued once testing has commenced, even if estimated completion times are exceeded.

       4.    Discretionary Refunds

    Any refunds issued are solely at the discretion of InSync Mobile Solutions and may be subject to administrative or handling fees. Deposits and partial payments are non-refundable.

    Cancellation Policy

       1.    Postnatal DNA Testing

    Cancellations made after full payment but before specimen collection are subject to a $40 cancellation fee.

       2.    Non-Invasive Prenatal DNA Testing

    Due to the specialized nature of this service, cancellations made after full payment but before specimen collection are subject to a $200 non-refundable fee.

    No-Show Policy

    Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the client being charged the full service fee. No refunds will be issued for no-show appointments.

    Rescheduling Policy

       1.    Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time at no additional charge.

       2.    Any additional rescheduling requests will incur a $40 rescheduling fee.

    Policy Acceptance

    By booking services with InSync Mobile Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to all refund, cancellation, no-show, and rescheduling terms outlined above.

    THIRD-PARTY LABORATORY DISCLAIMER

    InSync Mobile Solutions is not responsible for:

       •    Laboratory processing errors

       •    Lab result accuracy or interpretation

       •    Lab turnaround delays

       •    Shipping delays

       •    Court acceptance or legal outcomes

       •    Actions, omissions, policies, or procedures of third-party laboratories or service providers

    RESULTS DISCLAIMER

    DNA results are produced by third-party laboratories. InSync does not guarantee any particular result, outcome, relationship determination, or timeframe.

    WEBSITE AND CONTENT DISCLAIMER

    This website and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the website, services, or content.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, InSync Mobile Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, loss of profits, or legal outcomes, arising out of or related to use of our services or website.

    INDEMNIFICATION

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InSync Mobile Solutions, its owners, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

       •    Your use of services

       •    Your violation of these Terms

       •    Your dispute with any participant or third party

       •    Your misuse of results or reliance on results

    CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

    Clients agree to contact InSync first to resolve billing concerns before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in collections, service refusal, and/or administrative fees to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

    FORCE MAJEURE (EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL)

    InSync is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or inability to perform services due to events outside our control, including but not limited to severe weather, accidents, illness, emergencies, power/internet outages, or third-party service disruption. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered when possible.

    PROHIBITED USE

    You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operations, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

    Return and Refund Policy

    Standard Procedures for Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

    The following procedures ensure that our refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies are applied consistently and fairly:

    Refund Procedures

    1. Verification of Refund Eligibility:

    ○ Confirm whether the DNA collection has occurred.

    ○ Check the status of the sample and determine if testing has begun.

    ○ Review client records for discretionary refund eligibility.

    2. Processing Discretionary Refunds:

    ○ Calculate any applicable administrative or handling fees.

    ○ Process the refund through the original payment method within 7-10 business

    days.

    ○ Notify the client in writing with a detailed refund breakdown.

    3. Documentation:

    ○ Update the client’s file to reflect the refund decision and amount.

    Cancellation Procedures

    1. Postnatal DNA Testing:

    ○ Confirm the cancellation request and verify payment status.

    ○ Deduct the $40 cancellation fee and process the refund or adjust the client’s

    account.

    ○ Send confirmation of cancellation and fees to the client via email or preferred

    method.

    2. Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing:

    ○ Confirm the cancellation request.

    ○ Apply the $200 non-refundable fee.

    ○ Notify the client of the remaining balance or refund amount, if applicable.

    3. Recordkeeping:

    ○ Document all cancellations and associated fees in the client’s file.

    No-Show Procedures

    1. Appointment Monitoring:

    ○ Verify if the client failed to appear for their scheduled appointment.

    ○ Contact the client to confirm the missed appointment and provide next steps.

    2. Fee Application:

    ○ Charge the full-service fee to the client’s account.

    ○ Notify the client of the no-show policy and the associated charges.

    3. Rescheduling Opportunity:

    ○ Inform the client of the option to schedule a new appointment with applicable

    fees.

    Rescheduling Procedures

    1. First Reschedule:

    ○ Confirm the reschedule request and update the appointment date and time at no

    charge.

    2. Subsequent Reschedules:

    ○ Inform the client of the $40 penalty fee for additional rescheduling.

    ○ Collect the fee before confirming the new appointment.

    3. Documentation:

    ○ Update the scheduling system and client records to reflect the reschedule

    request and any associated fees.

    Client Communication

    ● Policy Acknowledgment: Ensure all clients are made aware of these policies during the

    initial consultation and prior to payment.

    ● Follow-Up: Provide clear, written confirmation for all refunds, cancellations, or

    rescheduling requests.

    ● Support: Direct any questions or disputes to 732-734-1140 to resolve

    concerns promptly.

    These procedures are designed to maintain fairness and professionalism while ensuring an

    efficient experience for both you and the client.
